My academic background includes a Commerce degree from Symbiosis Institute and a Master’s in Business Management with specialization in Marketing. I began my career in the automobile industry and later spent a decade at HDFC Life, which deepened my passion for the insurance sector. With that passion, I founded Accurate in 2014 with a vision to create a one-stop solution for all insurance needs — be it life, general, or specialized risk covers. Ganesh kumbhar

Ganesh Kumbhar has been contributing to the insurance industry since 2011, bringing with him a background in Chemistry along with strong expertise in sales and servicing. His unique combination of analytical thinking and customer-first approach makes him a valuable leader at Accurate Risk Managers & Insurance Brokers. With several years of hands-on experience in claims, Ganesh Kumbhar gained in-depth knowledge of the insurance sector even before joining Accurate Risk Managers at its very beginning. Since then, he has been a driving force in the company’s growth story, closely aligning his professional journey with the organization’s vision. Today, as Vice President – Finance & Operations, he leads crucial functions that ensure smooth operations, financial efficiency, and consistent service excellence for clients. His leadership and dedication continue to play a vital role in shaping the success of Accurate Risk Managers.

Prasad Khole

Since 2011, Prasad Khole has been an integral part of the insurance industry, bringing with him more than a decade of rich and diverse experience. With both graduation and post-graduation degrees in Arts, he has developed strong expertise in client servicing, claims management, and operations. Prasad began his professional journey in the TPA (Third Party Administrator) sector, where he spent 4.5 years assisting clients with health insurance and claims support. He then enhanced his experience by working with an insurance company for a year, gaining valuable insights into policies and claims handling from the insurer’s side. For the last nine years, he has been actively associated with the insurance broking industry, where he has guided countless individuals and businesses in selecting the right insurance solutions while ensuring seamless claims support. Today, as Vice President – Finance & Operations at Accurate Risk Managers & Insurance Brokers, Prasad plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, financial discipline, and customer-focused services, making him an invaluable part of our leadership team.

Accurate was established in April 2015 and is licensed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) of India as an Insurance Broker firm.
